In this eclectic "medieval-contemporary" decor, restaurant-director-chef Eric Bivent offers a wide choice of the culinary wealth of the terroirs in Aude, whether influenced by the Mediterranean or the flavours of the Southwest of France.
Open all-year round for lunch and dinner; closed on Sunday evening from November to March.
