Evening Cooking Lessons & Dinner

Nathalie will meet you in the hotel lobby and will take you to her lovely home in Carcassonne for an evening of culinary discovery. Three hours of great exciting cooking lesson, along which you will learn many useful tips and some of Nathalie’s secrets.

These evening classes include a cocktail and are followed by a dinner with regional wines.

Learn five original recipes, revolving around the theme of lemons.

Family Fun

Get your family together for an exciting culinary experience. Nathalie Valmary will take your family to her lovely home and you and your children will cook selected family-friendly recipes. Nathalie is the author of two best-selling children’s cook books. This family cooking lesson will be followed by a meal and your children will be able to enjoy the outdoor swimming pool!
