In this legendary comedy, the Youkounkoun is a legendary diamond... Here, it's a precious pastry that you can savour without moderation. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Released in 1965, Le Corniaud<\/em> is G\u00e9rard Oury's masterpiece starring the legendary duo of Louis de Fun\u00e8s and Bourvil. A cult comedy for generations, the film follows the adventures of two characters at odds with each other, combining misunderstandings, chases and inimitable humour.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

An emblematic part of the film was shot in the Cit\u00e9 de Carcassonne, which plays a majestic role. The myth of the \"Youkounkoun\", the largest diamond in the world, coveted by the characters, was also born in this film... <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Created by our pastry chef Lucien, this diamond-shaped pastry is a subtle combination of textures and flavours. It's made up of an almond shortbread base, topped with a soft madeleine-style biscuit and garnished with a homemade strawberry marmalade. It is then covered with a delicately flavoured orange blossom ganache and enriched with a creamy almond praline.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A perfect balance of crispiness, melt-in-the-mouth goodness, floral sweetness and fruity freshness. Youkounkoun is a real treasure trove of deliciousness, waiting to be discovered.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
